By registering for Bear Blues Exchange you understand & agree to be bound to these Terms & Conditions at all times.
We would like to remind you that dancing is an aerobic and physical activity, and that participation is at your own risk. The Bear Blues Exchange organisers cannot accept responsibility for any claim, injury, loss or damage which may occur from your participation in the Bear Blues Exchange.
We’re very sorry, but we do not offer refunds on tickets. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another name, we must be informed midnight the day before the event. Please provide ticket details and the name of the person taking the ticket over to email@example.com.
Organisers and volunteers have a right to work in a safe and non-threatening environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or contact with any person who displays verbal, physical and/or threatening behaviour towards our staff.
All dancers at Bear Blues Exchange have the right to enjoy dancing in a safe and enjoyable environment where appropriate etiquette and behaviours are expected. We reserve the right to ask any person who displays inappropriate dance floor behaviour towards our dancers to leave the event.
Bear Blues Exchange reserves the right to turn down registrations or refuse entry to any part of the event.
The Bear Blues Exchange organisers reserve the right to make any change to schedule, venues & prices without prior notice.
Filming and Photography
Anyone attending Bear Blues Exchange agrees that they can be photographed or filmed, and that these photographs and video footage can be used for Bear Blues and the photographer’s promotional purposes.
